Joseph G. Paggi III, Esq. is a Litigation Attorney at DeLuca Law Group.  Mr. Paggi has obtained extensive experience in all facets of residential foreclosure litigation throughout Florida, including but not limited to non-jury trial, mediation, discovery, motion practice, and post-judgment. Mr. Paggi also has substantial experience in appellate practice in Florida’s district courts of appeal and Florida Supreme Court. Prior to becoming a Litigation Attorney at DeLuca Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Paggi concentrated his practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure, insurance, and personal injury litigation matters.
