Michelle K. Mason, Esq.  is a Litigation Attorney at DeLuca Law Group, PLLC.  A practicing attorney for over 32 years, Ms. Mason earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.  Early in her career, Ms. Mason worked as an Assistant State Attorney, specializing in juvenile cases. In this role, she tried more than 2000 non-jury trials. She had also litigated multiple jury trials.  During most of her legal career, Ms. Mason had focused on discovery, mediations, and contested hearings.  She had represented large corporations and small businesses alike.  At DeLuca Law Group, PLLC, Ms. Mason handles mortgage foreclosure litigation throughout the State of Florida.  Her extensive legal experience makes her qualified to handle all aspects of client representation.
