Shawn Taylor, Esq. is the Managing Attorney at DeLuca Law Group, PLLC and practices in areas including but not limited to Florida residential mortgage foreclosure and appellate litigation. As the firm’s Managing Attorney, Mr. Taylor evaluates and enhances the law firm structure, fosters a culture that reflects our team’s values, and actively contributes to the strategic decisions that will help achieve the firm’s overarching goals. Mr. Taylor advises clients on a variety of mortgage banking matters across Florida, with a particular focus on judicial foreclosure processes. He employs a mix of skills, comprehensive knowledge, and a solid understanding of a client’s business goals to obtain client’s desired resolution. Mr. Taylor has represented and defended mortgage lenders and servicers in various contested foreclosure proceedings, mediations, trials, and appellate actions throughout Florida.
